  1. Where is our commercial Kitchen Location?

    Current location 2822 MLK Jr way south Seattle, WA

  2. Do you deliver, and if so what days?

    We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays within Seattle city limits but exceptions are made for neighboring Shoreline, Kirkland, Mercer Island, and SeaTac.

  3. How Much does delivery cost?

    Our delivery car is electric which helps keep delivery cost at a flat rate of $8 within city limits. West Seattle and neighboring cities are charged at an hourly rate of $20/hr.

  4. What’s the turnaround time between ordering and pick up?

    48hrs is the minimum for special orders with exceptions to large event orders (100+people) which requires 4-5days advance notice

Packaging and shipping

  1. How are your macarons packaged?

    We have boxes that fit 2 macarons or 6 macarons and flat-bottomed bags that fit 3-4 macarons each.

  2. Do You ship?

    Yes, we ship within the PNW, and California but only certain items are safe to ship such as our XL cookies, Cake jars, and brownies. We can ship macarons but only at quantities of a dozen or more.

  3. How Much is shipping?

    Shipping cost largely depends on weight and distance via USPS priority shipping.

  4. How long does it take to ship?

    2'-3 days is typical with express and priority shipping but on holidays it can take up to 4 with USPS.

Dietary questions

  1. Are your macarons Gluten Free?

    Yes! All of our GF products are baked and packaged on separate days than our non gf products with more than 24hrs between them. We use different sifters and bowls as well to avoid cross contamination.

  2. What about nut allergies?

    One of our biggest sellers are our macarons which are made of Almond flour, and if you order painted macarons almond extract is the main ingredient used. We rarely use any other nuts in our kitchen unless we have a special order that requires them. These orders are made at separate work benches and then those benches are cleaned and sanitized to avoid cross contamination

  3. Do you make vegan desserts?

    Absolutely, we currently have a special-order menu with vegan cakes, brownies, pies and sweet breads. They also have a turnaround time of 48hrs.

Events (Birthdays, weddings, office parties)

  1. Do you offer tastings?

    Heck yes, we do! We offer tasting boxes for cakes, pie, macarons, and brownies for events serving 50 or more people. Cake and pie tastings are $25 for 3 flavors and $4 for each flavor after that. Macarons and brownies samplers are $15 for 3 flavors and $2 for each additional flavor.

  2. Is there a discount for large event orders?

    For our cookies, absolutely! We give 10% off orders of 50 cookies and 15% off for orders over 150 cookies
